If you’re looking for a fun filled, full body workout that incorporates some strength training SocaCize is for you! Shamere is great at explaining and demonstrating the moves making it very easy to catch on and keep up.
I love participating in SocaCize classes. These classes provide a great workout and I enjoy the dancing which keeps my limbs flexible.
Shamere’s Virtual SocaCize Class is everything! The music, routines, and encouragement makes the sweat worth it! The time goes by so fast because we are really having a good time. I love this class.
