This is for my current clients only. If you’ve already completed a Wellness Action Plan, this is your built-in support system to keep the momentum going—without needing to start from scratch.

Choose your pace:

Bi-Weekly Check-In – $90/month

• Two 20-minute sessions/month (via phone, voice memo, or email—your choice)

• Focused check-ins to track wins, adjust the plan, and handle any roadblocks.

Monthly Check-In – $60/month

• One 20-minute touchpoint to check progress, re-align, and keep going strong.

Note: This offer is for active clients (within 60 days of your Action Plan). Bookings outside that window will be cancelled.
